CoCaffè Caramello Day-At-The-Fair Cappuccino
INGREDIENTS
- Barista Creations Caffè Caramello: 40ml
- MILK 140ml
- Popcorn
- Honey: 10g
- Honey to garnish
MATERIALS
View Cappuccino Cup
Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk Machine or Aguila
LET’S MAKE IT
1. In a cappuccino View cup put 5g of honey.
2. Place the cup under the Nespresso Momento coffee & milk or Aguila machine and insert the CAFFÈ CARAMELLO into the machine.
3. Select “Cappuccino” recipe on the device and press the start button.
4. Place the popcorn on top of the milk foam and garnish with the extra honey.
Amaretti Flavoured Oat Latte
INGREDIENTS
- 5g PISTACHIO paste*
- 3 x 30g Ice Cubes
- 150ml OAT Drink
- 5g crushed PISTACHIOS
- 1 capsule Creations Amaretti Decaffeinato
- *Please check for allergens
MATERIALS
- Zenius machine or Nespresso Momento Machine
- Aeroccino XL

LET’S MAKE IT
1. Spread the pistachio paste on the sides of the glass.
2. Add the ice cubes and 50ml of oat drink.
3. Pour the remaining 100ml of oat drink into the Aeroccino, close the lid and press the cold foam button.
4. Pour the cold foam into the glass making sure to leave a little room at the top (for the coffee).
5. Using a Zenius or Momento machine, extract the Amaretti Decaffeinato capsule as an espresso into the glass.
6. Sprinkle with some crushed pistachios.
Caffè Vanilio Almond Crush
INGREDIENTS
- Creations Caffeè Vanilio: 40ml
- MILK: 240ml
- Agave Syrup: 20g
- Crushed Almonds
MATERIALS
- Nespresso Momento Coffee & Milk Machine or Aguila

LET’S MAKE IT
1. In a View recipe glass put 5g of agave syrup.
2. Place the glass under the Momento or Aguila machine and put the CAFFÈ VANILIO into the machine.
3. Select “Latte Macchiato” recipe on the device and press the start button.
4. Then add the slightly crushed Almonds on the top of the milk foam and drizzle with Agave Syrup.
